Intimacy, Relationship, and Sexuality Psychotherapy for Individuals and Couples
Warm, thoughtful psychotherapy for individuals and couples navigating the parts of life and relationships that can feel hard to talk about—including sexual difficulties, intimacy concerns, trauma, pregnancy and postpartum challenges, and major life changes.
WHEN LIFE FEELS HARD TO SORT THROUGH
You Don’t Have to Have the Right Words Yet
Maybe you know something feels off, but you’re not sure how to explain it. You may be carrying the effects of trauma, feeling disconnected in your relationship, struggling with intimacy, adjusting to pregnancy or postpartum changes, or simply realizing that the way you’ve been coping is no longer working.
Therapy can be a place to slow down, make sense of what you’re experiencing, and talk openly about the things that may feel complicated, private, or difficult to say out loud.

MEET YOUR THERAPIST
Hi, I’m Katelyn
I’m Katelyn Anders, MS, APC, an Associate Professional Counselor providing virtual therapy throughout Georgia. I work primarily with women and couples around trauma, intimacy, relationships, pregnancy and postpartum changes, perfectionism, and major life transitions.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and relationship-focused. I don ’t see myself as the expert on your life — you are. My role is to offer space, perspective, thoughtful questions, and support as we make sense of what you’re experiencing together.
I’m comfortable talking about the things that can feel awkward, complicated, private, or hard to say out loud. You are not alone in what you are experiencing, and therapy can make room for nuance, uncertainty, and the parts of your story that don’t fit neatly into a box.

Start with a free consultation so you can ask questions, talk about what you’re looking for, and see whether working together feels like a good fit.
The first session is an intake appointment. Katelyn will learn more about your history, what’s bringing you to therapy, and the goals you’d like to begin working toward.
From there, sessions are shaped around your needs. Many clients begin weekly and may later move to biweekly or monthly depending on what feels appropriate.
